Anti-discrimination student movement of Bangladesh forms ‘Agriculture and Environment Cell’ to protect the environment
The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement in Bangladesh has created a new “Agriculture and Environment Cell” to enhance its activities. The cell has been formed with the chief coordinator of the organization’s Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SBU) branch, Md. Touhid Ahmed Ashiq, as the secretary.
The notice was signed by Hasnat Abdullah, the convener, and Arif Sohel, the member secretary of the Anti-discrimination Student Movement of Bangladesh, on February 16.
An “Agriculture and Environment Cell” has been created to enhance the activities of the anti-discrimination student movement. The team comprises 12 members, with the cell secretary being Md. Touhid Ahmed Ashiq.
There are twelve members, including Md. Sohel Rana, Kazi Nafis Sowad, Md Anas bin Solaiman, Sifat Hasan Shakib, Md Rakib bin Amin, Md Mithun Ali, Sadia Jannat Jusi, Farzana Akhter Nupur, Md Delwar Hossain Sayedee, Chabbir Hossain Rizon, Shariful Islam, and Saif Islam Ratul.
In this regard, Md. Touhid Ahmed Ashiq, Secretary of the Agriculture and Environment Cell, stated, “We are dedicated to making timely decisions to safeguard the environment and achieve sustainable development.”
“We will work hard to create a balanced and stable agricultural system that benefits farmers with low costs while providing consumers with fairly priced products, InshaAllah,” he assured.
In addition to Touhid Ahmed Ashiq, there are three more students of Shekru in the new cell.
