Bangladeshi Actress Jyoti joined a campaign to protect the environment
Jyotika Jyoti has joined the campaign to protect the environment. She starred in an environmental awareness connection advertisement under the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Bangladesh.
She said the MoEFCC had undertaken a program to plant ten million wild, fruit, and medicinal saplings across the country to commemorate the centenary of the birth of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman with the motto ‘Call for Mujib Year, Plant Trees, Grow Forests.’ The Bangladesh Forest Department has made a 1-minute advertisement to promote that program. She took part in that advertisement as an actress.
The AD is directed by Fahim Malek Evan and is based in Kuakata, Patuakhali. Regarding participating in the advertisement, Jyoti reacted, “I have become a model in this advertisement. I am thrilled to be able to participate in the country’s environmental protection movement. I am also involved in various activities to protect the environment. So I did it out of my responsibility.”
Actress Jyotika Jyoti is also busy with business outside the light camera. In the meantime, the actress has started an organization called “Khana Organic.”
In the meantime, Khana Organic has set up two farms named “Grirokumari (Aloe Vera)” and “Tripti (Satisfaction).” Various native fruits and medicinal plants are cultivated in “Grirokumari.” On the other hand, local chickens are rearing in “Tripti.”
Jyoti revealed that the journey of ‘Khana Organic’ began at the beginning of the Corona pandemic, intending to bring chemical-free, non-toxic food products to people’s doorsteps for good health care. We are even more ecstatic about the unexpected consumer response and support after just one year.
On the other hand, in the context of “Ray House,” she said, “our journey has started through international marketing in domestic films. We have taken the responsibility of serving the movie ‘Cycle Boy’ made with the government’s grant of Bangladesh. In the meantime, I have sold the digital rights of the film to SVF, Kolkata.”
