An exceptional initiative of “Durbar Tarunno” by planting trees to protect the balance of the environment

A social organization called Durbar Tarunno (Unstoppable Youth)’ has started an exceptional initiative to plant hundreds of trees and maintain them regularly to protect the balance of the environment.

Hundreds of trees were planted in Moghadiya Union of Mirsrai Upazila of Chattogram, keeping the slogan of ‘My tree in My Care’ in front.

Muhammad Abu Abid, President of Durbar Tarunno, inaugurated the program ‘We are gardeners.’ Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar, the COVID-19 prevention booth inventor and former central Jubo League leader, joined the inauguration ceremony virtually as the chief guest.

In the chief guest’s speech, Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar said, “There is no alternative to trees to maintain the balance of the environment. So, both tree planting and its care are essential.”

Through activities like planting and caring for trees, online addicted youth will be busy thinking about society and the country. They will keep themselves involved in the overall development of the country. If everyone is aware of the care of trees, their activities will be worthwhile.

Muhammad Abu Abid said, “Every year, millions of trees plant in Bangladesh, but many die due to lack of care. We have more than 8 thousand members and volunteers all over Bangladesh, and

each member will plant a tree and take care of it like a gardener. They will oversee future environmental balance. We started this work from such an idea.”
