Election 2020: Greta Thunberg Backs Biden’s Presidential Bid in Rare Political Tweet
In a rare political tweet, Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg called on Americans to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden in the upcoming US election2020.
I never engage in party politics. But the upcoming US elections is above and beyond all that.
From a climate perspective it’s very far from enough and many of you of course supported other candidates. But, I mean…you know…damn!

In her tweet, she wrote in response to an article published in the “Scientific American” journal, where said voting for President Trump would kill the science. The 17-year-old global icon tweeted that he upcoming US election is above and beyond the party’s politics.
In her tweet, Greta wrote that the Trump administration’s efforts were “far from adequate” and urged the American people to unite and vote for Biden from a climate perspective.
