Original Name is Md. Mahfuzur Rahman and Rahman Mahfuz is his media name.

Qualification: He completed his graduation in the Civil Engineering discipline from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology and MS in Environment Science from the State University of Bangladesh.
Organization: A Civil Engineer and true environmentalist in the heart. He is also a Social worker, organizer, Volunteer, environment and climate change based Articles writer. He writes in the name of “Rahman Mahfuz.”
Details: He is serving at Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) since 1995 and gathered water resources-based knowledge by working in the various water sectors projects at central and field offices, holding different posts at different parts in Bangladesh. Now, he is the Superintending Engineer of BWDB.

He is also the adviser of the Environmental and Climate Change-based online news portal “Green Page” and founder of the “Foundation for Environmental Research and Awareness development (FERA)”.

He is currently the Organizing Secretary, Bangladesh Water and Power Engineers Association – BWPEA, Member, CIVIL Division, Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and Member of several social working and volunteer organizations.
