Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina directed to plant more and more Shrubbery to protect the Environment
Sheik Hasina instructed to plant this tree in the Embankments of the Polders at the Bank of Naf Rivers and the sea beach from Cox’s Bazar to Teknaf.
She directed this by connecting with the concerned after the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) meeting on August 9, 2022.
M A Mannan, the Planning Minister of Bangladesh, informed the directive of the Hon’ble Prime Minister that the prime minister asked the concerns to plant Shrubbery beside the Embankment of Cox’s Bazar Polders for strengthening the Embankments.
M A Mannan said the Prime Minister instructed the concern to plant more trees in the project area. Besides, she asked BINA to increase research on the Mustard and the Sesame.
