Sheikh Hasina wants special attention of diploma engineers in protecting environment and surroundings

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged diploma engineers to pay special attention to the environment and surroundings protection.

The Prime Minister urged this at the inauguration ceremony of the 23rd National Conference of the IDEB Association of Diploma Engineers and the International Conference titled

‘Skill Readiness for Achieving SDG and Adapting IR 4.0’ at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center on February 2, 2020.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said to the diploma engineers, “You work all over Bangladesh. You have to give special attention by taking initiatives to protect our environment and surroundings,

including the preservation of extensive plantation and reservoir.

“We would like to request you to play an important role in protecting the environment at the workplace, as well as focusing more on development as well.”
