Tree plantation is necessary to keep the environment balanced and pollution-free
Durbar Tarunno, a social and voluntary organization, launched an exceptional program of tree plantation titled ‘Amra Mali (We are gardener).’ They do not end the process by planting a tree but appoint a gardener to look after the tree they plant.
The program’s third phase was completed by planting hundreds of trees at DC Hill in Chattogram on October 12, 2022.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar, Chief Adviser of Durbar Tarunno, was the chief guest on that occasion.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar said, “The purpose and necessity of tree plantation should realize, and the trees should take care of. By doing this, the greater welfare of humanity and animals will achieve.
Also, there is no alternative to plantation and afforestation to create a balanced and pollution-free environment.
A world without trees is impossible, even for a moment. Everything in human life revolves around trees. Killing a tree causes danger and anxiety for almost all living things, including humans.
The amount of oxygen one mature tree provides in a year meets the annual oxygen needs of at least ten adult humans. So both tree planting and its maintenance are essential.”
