Dhaka will be received 64 new animals in exchange of two elephants from Egypt

Two elephants will be sent to Egypt from Bangladesh. And 64 new animals will be received from Egypt to the National Zoo at Mirpur. There will be 64 new animals including the Royal Bengal Tiger, Oryx, African Lion, Pelican, Monkey, Crocodile, Horse, and Greater Kudu species.

Some sheds of the National zoo at Mirpur, Dhaka are being renovated to mark the arrival of new animals. The cages are being repaired and cleaned to keep new animals. The tenders have called for all the necessary arrangements for the animals that have begun in Dhaka Zoo.

There is a slight delay due to coronavirus to bring new guests. Animals will be brought when corona conditions become normal.
