The Ministry of Forest, Environment and Climate Change Paid the Tribute to The Father of The Nation

On the occasion of the 100th Birth Anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the officials of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFC) of Bangladesh has paid the tribute with wreaths of flowers.

Today (17th March, Tuesday) it was a tribute at the portrait of the father of the nation in front of the 32, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Today morning ministry’s officers led by the Deputy Minister Habibun Nahar participated in that tribute ceremony. After paying the tribute towards the portrait of the Father of the Nation they observed silence for a moment regarding honour to him.

Mr Ziaul Hasan NDC, Secretary of the ministry along with all additional secretaries, Joint secretaries and all the officials were present at the tribute ceremony.

The higher officials that were present at the tribute ceremony are additional secretaries named Dr Mohammad Billal Hossain, Mahmud Hasan, Ahmed Shamim Al Raji, Mohammad Mizanul Haque Chowdhury and Joint Secretary of administration Dr Md. Ashfaqul Islam Babul among others.

On the other hand, Mr Mohammad Shahab Uddin, the minister of MoEFC along with all cabinet members led by The Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina were a tribute to the Mazar (Grave) of the Father of the nation at Tungipara, Gopalganj today.
