A Rally at Dhaka organized by PUNAK to create public awareness to protect the environment
Bangladesh Police Women Welfare Association (PUNAK) has come forward to environmental awareness. They have organized a rally titled ‘Abandon Plastic, Polythene: Build an Eco-Friendly Life’ to create public awareness for environmental protection.
PUNAK president Taiba Musarrat Janha Chowdhury led the rally as the chief guest.
At this time, he said, “we all must come forward to protect the environment. We must be aware of environmental protection for a healthy and beautiful life.”
PUNAK General Secretary Nasim Amin and Dhaka North and South City Corporation representatives spoke before the rally started.
The rally started from PUNAK Bhawan in the Ramna area of Dhaka, came to the officers’ club, and ended in front of the DB office, Mailbag, Dhaka.
PUNAK leaders and students of Rajarbagh Police Lines School and College, among others, participated in the rally.
