A young environmentalist wants to travel to 15 countries with the call to protect the environment and stop violence.
Rohan Aggarwal wants to visit 15 countries of the world with the call to protect the environment and stop the violence. He visited 27 states of India and came to Bangladesh. Rohan was 18 years old when he started this journey two years ago.
On August 24, 2020, his walk began from the banks of the Ganga in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. From there, he came to Bangladesh after traveling to a total of 27 states of India via Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Kerala, and Goa.
This young man crossed the Bilonia border of Feni and entered Bangladesh on October 13. Then reach Chattogram.
Meet different people along the way. Those people along the way helped Rohan, and provided expenses, food, and accommodation.
Rohan said, “Path is my university. Furthermore, the people I met along the way were my teachers.”
Rohan shares about his family and future aim. He has parents and a younger sister who lives in Nagpur, India. He plans to go to Cox’s Bazar, Noakhali, Comilla, Dhaka, Khulna, and Jessore from Chattogram.
“Cox’s Bazar is the biggest beach. I want to walk from the beginning of this beach to the end of Teknaf. I heard no one had walked the entire beach yet. I want to set a world record by walking there. I will walk on the beach with the banner of environmental protection,” Rohan further said.
Rohan claimed that he had covered 15,000 kilometers in this 800-day journey, both walking and taking a lift in someone else’s car.
Rohan highlighted the journey’s various experiences, saying, “I have met many people on the way. Almost everyone has supported me.
